F# Cancer

GO GO GO!!! This is it … our last medal! Only £12 to enter and raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. It’s a straight 5km run or walk or 2km for kids.

Virtual Warrior’s final event

The August event and F# CANCER medal will be our last – and numbers are limited to 100 so if you share our attitude to this malevolent disease please don’t delay in ordering.

Our website will stay online until early 2019, and medals from past events will still be available to run for, so don’t miss out on some great deals to come.

In the meantime, thank you to everyone that has run with us over the past couple of years. It’s been fun, and together we have helped some awesome charities!

For all ages, all fitness levels

Our final event!

How it Works

Find one or more of our events and challenges that you’d like to participate in, register, and then run (jog or walk) the required distance within the allotted time frame.

When taking part in your chosen event, use any GPS tracker such as Strava or RunKeeper, take a screenshot of your finished run and send it to us online using our Evidence form.

We will then post you a bespoke, quality Virtual Warrior medal to reward your efforts.

Virtual races to run in your own time, any time

Adam’s challenge raised £7,345.18!

On 9th June my 11 yr old son Adam ran at Runstock 2018, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by completing as many 5km off-road course laps as possible in 8 hours.

Here’s why, in his own words …

“I am doing this because my grandma (Jill) has cancer and I love her very much to the moon and back. Also she makes the world’s greatest pasta. So please Sponsor us for the run we are going to do.”

Adam was amazing. It was a very emotional day for everyone involved and the support from the marshals, other runners and the Rat Race crew was brilliant.

Thank you to everyone who supported Adam’s challenge!

“Brilliant for motivation & an excellent way to rehab after injury. It’s also great that you have kids races, much less daunting for them than a large crowded event.”

Andy Turner

“Great challenges especially for new runners as you feel less pressure due to the more flexible approach”

Alan Cessford
